Per a memo issued by the Department of Health and Welfare, effective November 16, 2009, supervisors of IBI Student Projects are asked to review and issue a grade for all projects under their supervision. Supervisors should submit to the ITC within the time lines of the student's provisional provider status:
- Completed Student Project and DVD and;
- Graded rubric (including substantive feedback justifying the score awarded in each component) and;
- Letter of Completion
Existing Projects:
- If you have completed the first four activities, you should complete your project and submit it to your project Supervisor to be graded.
- If you had your project reviewed once by the ITC and have made changes/corrections, you should submit it to your project Supervisor to be graded.
- If you submitted your project to the ITC for the first review, it will be returned to you with feedback. You may make changes/corrections to your project and should submit it to your project Supervisor to be graded.
- If you made changes/corrections to your project and it is currently at the ITC being graded, this will be your final grade.
