Applicant Obligations

School districts seeking Technical Assistance (TA) must:

1. Submit an application via email
   1. Email completed application to bbroyles@uidaho.edu
   2. Send a fax of the application, containing original signature to 208-885-6145
2. Assign a team member who will be the primary contact for the Autism Supports project members.
3. Provide five to nine days of release time for all personnel serving on the team.
4. Assume responsibility for learning the Autism Supports model.
5. Implement and follow through with the plan developed during training and on-site coaching assistance.
6. Submit all plans and supporting data at regularly established intervals.
7. Participate in and complete the evaluation related to the assistance provided.
