Applicant Obligations
School districts seeking assistance must:
- Submit an application via email
- Assign a team member who will be the primary contact for the project members.
- Provide five to seven days of release time for all core team members on the team.
- Assume responsibility for full participation.
- Implement the action plan and data collection activities developed during visits.
- Participate in project provided trainings.
- Complete mid-year and year-end evaluations as required by the project.
