Meetings are video conferenced through the University of Idaho at all three locations. Meetings are the first Wednesday of every month, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm MTN unless previously announced. One exception is the annual strategic planning meeting that is generally held for a full day in August. If you were not in attendance at the prior month meeting, contact the previous host for information.
- Download the agenda template. Some agenda items may carry over from prior meeting. Not less than one week before meeting, email the agenda to CID members asking for additions. Use the email member web site list for accuracy. Check minutes from prior meeting for any action items or needed reports and add to the agenda as needed.
- Email member updated agenda and prior month minutes;
- Ask members to RSVP for food purposes and;
- Ask members to email any handouts to web master to upload to web site or email to out-of-town members 24 hours prior to meeting.
- Bring copies of minutes and agenda to meeting.
- Arrange and pay for coffee, drinks, donuts and/or snacks.
- Host is responsible for clean up after every meeting.
- Chair meeting, keep the discussion moving smoothly respecting the agenda timelines, and take minutes.
- Pick up parking stickers from Robin Greenfield or Trina Balanoff located on the 4th floor.
- Type minutes and send to next host. (Including agenda would be helpful.)
- If there are any changes or documents to add to the website forward the information to Web master Lesa
