The ITC Advisory Committee brings together the stakeholders of developmental disability children services. Members represent every region of Idaho. The stakeholders include:
- Center on Disabilities and Human Development (CDHD)
- Department of & Welfare (DHW)
- State Department of Education (SDE)
- Medicaid
- Idaho Council Developmental Disabilities (DD Council)
- Idaho Parents Unlimited (IPUL)
- IdahoAssociation of Developmental Disability Agencies (IADDA)
- Parents of Children with Disabilities
- Developmental Disability Agency Providers (DDA's)
