The Department of Health and Welfare and the ITC have placed a moratorium on all new Student Projects.  Effective midnight on July 15, 2008, no new Student Project start dates may be submitted. 

The moratorium will be lifted at midnight on September 30, 2008.  New Student Project start dates may be submitted to the ITC on October 1, 2008.  The ITC requires that start date forms be submitted no less than one week prior to the actual start date.

Current IBI Training Process 

  • Current IBI Trainers may conduct classes until the end of 2008.  Classes must conclude no later than December 31, 2008.

  • Students who take a course during 2008 will continue to work with their current Trainer throughout the entire certification process.
