When enrolling in a course with an ITC certified trainer, students are required to submit education and experience documentation to the ITC through their trainer.
Education
The documentation for education can be a copy of the degree as long as it states the major and date of conferral. If the degree does not state these things, the student must submit a copy of the transcript page that states the major and date of conferral. If the student has recently graduated and not received their diploma yet, they may request a letter of graduation from their school's registrar. The letter must state the major and date of conferral.
Experience
The documentation for experience should be submitted in the form of a typed resume that includes the student's name and contact information, education, and employment.
The employment section should include the name of the organization, length of service, supervisor's name and phone number, and a description of the student's duties and responsibilities. If the position is relevant to children with disabilities, each employment section should also include the number of hours worked "providing direct contact or care to children with disabilities in a behavioral context."
Student's may link to the resume example below if they need help formulating their resume.
