PBS Application & Renewal

Applicant Obligations

School districts seeking Technical Assistance (TA) must:

  1. Submit an application* via email to bbroyles@uidaho.edu
  2. Assign a team leader who will be the primary contact for the PBS project members.
  3. Provide three to six days of release time for all personnel serving on the team.
  4. Assume responsibility for learning the PBS process.
  5. Implement and follow through with the PBS plan developed during TA.
  6. Submit all plans and supporting data at regularly established intervals.
  7. Participate in and complete the evaluation related to the TA provided.

If your team received technical assistance via the project in 2008-2009 and would like to reapply for services this year, submit a Team Update via email attachment.
Principal Assurance
2009-2010		Required every year, for every team, receiving services. Please print, obtain signatures and fax to 208-885-6145, attention Barbara.
